Beezwide is looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Specialist to join our growing virtual team If you’re passionate about helping clients, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with leads and convert them into loyal clients
- Provide responsive, friendly customer support via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain CRM records and track interactions (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot basic client concerns and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- No accent English. Fluent and Conversational
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or willingness to learn
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Supportive and collaborative virtual work environment
