Must-Have Qualifications
- Solid, demonstrable grounding in core machine learning fundamentals: how to train a model, validate it, and deploy it to production.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI or large language model (LLM) based solutions — building agents, deploying agents, or evaluating agent performance.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Based in Mexico or a directly comparable LatAm time zone.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Time series analysis or forecasting experience.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Experience with LLM tooling such as GPT or Gemini-based development, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning.
- Prior experience supporting a US-based enterprise client in a near-shore delivery model.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
