Responsibilities
The Opportunity
- Lead the Payroll Incidence Consolidation Services portfolio for one of the six PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America) regions: West, South Central, North Central, Southeast, Northeast, or Atlantic.
- Manage the Payroll Inputs Processing Center, ensuring all payroll inputs are accurately validated, processed, and delivered on time to support timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the business, partnering with stakeholders to understand payroll needs and requirements.
- Support payroll-related inquiries and requests, ensuring effective service delivery during both regular and off-cycle payroll periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the assigned region.
- Monitor payroll processes and controls to ensure data quality, timely issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
These services are currently migrating from US to Mexico. This position will be responsible for the transition process according to transition methodology. Ensure incidence payroll operation within MBS while implementing a functional operating model.
YourImpact
As People Operations Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:
- Ensure service delivery,
SLAs/KPIs accuracy according to each region. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement for all US MBSSales Payroll portfolio
- Consistent and high level customer service and operational excellence ensuring transactions. Full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements.
- Develop and execute plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution.
- Show technical and functional expertise when taking decisions. Such as database requirements, integration of systems, and the broader shared services organization.
- Plan and overview work load of Sales Payroll regional structure and portfolio.
- Provide constant coaching and day to day oversight of the work to the Payroll Regional Team.
- Develop knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation for business processes.
- Leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.
- Manage and transact against payroll requests submitted through location specific payroll SPA boxes.
- Upload, organize and ensure supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to Control requirements.
- Maintain employee records in proprietary commission tracking system to ensure accurate payout of commission and variable overtime for sales employees.
- Generate and distribute required payroll reports and obtain approvals electronically to meet Global Control compliance.
- Run Ad-hoc reports to identify gaps in payroll and partner with Managers to resolve prior to finalizing payroll each week
Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field.
Experience
- Fluent in English.
- 4+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supervising large teams, including workload distribution, task assignment, and performance follow-up.
- Functional knowledge of Human Resources processes preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational, follow-up, and adaptability skills.
- Proven ability to build networks, collaborate effectively, and influence stakeholders to establish strong and credible relationships with internal clients.
- Ability to lead functional initiatives and drive results within a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
