As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How you create impact

- Support the Sea Logistics Sales team throughout the commercial process, from lead generation to customer onboarding.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Coordinate initial meetings between prospects and the sales team while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and CRM records to keep commercial activities on track.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Trade, Operations, and other business units to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Help drive business growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Kuehne+Nagel's logistics portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely support, market insights, and product guidance.

What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development, or commercial operation support.
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Sea Logistics, or the logistics industry.
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle,



customer relationship management, and quotation processes.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data is a plus.
- Intermediate English level.
- Strong communication, organization, customer focus, and commercial mindset.
