Job description

Project management skills. Black Belt and/or Lean/green trainee.

Black Belt and Lean Certified, any programing language skill.

- Coordinate and identify participants and improvement ideas for SIA & QRQC Challenge.




- Identify process improvements in order to demonstrate saving to Finance and documented them in Dashboard.
- Update and follow up on Safran+ metrics
- Coordinate with management where to launch One Safran initiatives
- Coordinate strategic meetings and logistics, generate strategic progress plan
- Follow-up, support and improvement to production system applications and processes
- Workshop coordination and leadership that meets customer expectations
- Makes presentation to review status of projects as appropriate.
- Provides timely internal reports to management (bi-weekly presentations, monthly project reports, quarterly reports.
- Ensure projects are on schedule and customer expectations are meet.
- Implement and make sure your team implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team.
- Promote and Participate on Safety Management System Culture.

- Supports process engineers in the use of the good practices process and benchmark.
- Validates the effectiveness of the proposed good practices and benchmark.
- Participates in the team that approves the new practices.
- Coordinate good practices implementation in each facility, according to priorities.
- Continuously monitors the good practices database to identify the ones that could be applicable to the needs of the site programs
- Supports the process engineer in the development of their value stream maps and their analysis to identify improvement opportunities, set priorities and look for solutions within other programs, benchmarks or the introduction of new solutions
- Spends time in the shop floor observing the processes to enforce the use of production system standards and identify bottle necks or improvement opportunities and suggest possible solutions to the process engineers, rises any concerns to the management of the area
- Work with the process engineers to define the optimal methods and tools for the new processes and document them as part of the good practices database.
- Make updates to the production system standards
- Train the natural teams in the production system standards
- Lead or support some key standardization projects
- Train, coach and mentor any belt and continuous improvement project leaders
