The Senior Molding Engineer will join CommScope’s INTEGRAL MOLDCELL TEAM in Juárez, Mexico, and oversee molding projects from other regions. You will coordinate start-ups at internal plants and external suppliers, ensuring that new or sustain molds operate to specifications and meet quality targets.
You will develop manufacturing plans, manage tooling and capital expenditures, verify processes, and drive improvements across design, process, and documentation. Domestic travel to the U.S.
