About the Role

You will own the full lifecycle of AI features, designing and operating backend systems that transform authorization data into intelligent decisions. Your work will produce secure cloud services used by general enterprises. You will write production code that directly influences platform behavior and user security outcomes.

This position is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

You will architect and maintain event-driven microservices on Azure and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability. You will develop LLM-powered features using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, managing model integration, context pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and agent workflows. You will implement intelligent agents that meet enterprise security and compliance standards.

You will take end-to-end responsibility for delivery, including infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines,



monitoring, and production incident response. You will collaborate closely with product and platform teams during design reviews to align technical solutions with authorization requirements. You will use AI coding agents to write, inspect, and improve code, ensuring all output meets the same rigorous standards as hand-written code.

You will maintain backend services primarily in C#/.NET, Python, and Go, contributing across the entire product surface.

Requirements

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent hands-on experience. You bring 8+ years of experience building production backend services in C#/.NET, Python, or Go, and you engage across the full software development lifecycle.

You have shipped products using LLMs, handling inference, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent agents. You understand context engineering and tool integration specifically for security workloads. You are proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and operate comfortably in cloud environments.

You collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, participating in design reviews and contributing to technical decisions. You communicate clearly, documenting systems and trade-offs for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar LLM platforms is a significant advantage.
