1. Vendor Management — Daily management of DSP vendors' operational performance
2. Site Visits — Conduct regular on-site visits to vendor facilities to ensure smooth operations
3. Improvement Tracking — Follow up on vendor improvement plans
4. KPI Monitoring — Monitor core KPIs, promptly identify anomalies, and drive vendors to achieve and optimize key operational metrics
5. Coverage Optimization — Assist with vendor coverage adjustments and optimization, including route modifications
6. Contract Management — Negotiate and confirm pricing, capacity, coverage, and contract renewals
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above
2. Major in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
3. 1+ years of experience with last-mile vendor operations management
4. Strong data analysis and on-site management skills
5. Proficient in Excel
