- Lead all finance activities for the Mexico business.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis processes.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead internal and external audit activities and drive remediation efforts.
- Improve inventory controls, accuracy, and working capital management.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and Site Leadership teams.
- Drive profitability enhancement, productivity initiatives, and conversion cost optimization.
- Lead cash flow management, capital expenditure governance, and investment tracking.
- Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and global finance organizations, including shared service centers.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, business cases, and performance insights.
- Promote a strong safety, compliance,
and accountability across the organization
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience within multinational organizations.
- Strong finance leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and conversion costs.
- Proven track record managing internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
- Strong exposure to inventory management and working capital optimization.
- Experience partnering closely with Operations and General Management.
- Demonstrated success leading finance transformation and improvement initiatives.
- Advanced English with daily international communication experience.
- Experience working within matrix organizations and shared service models.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on profile capable of balancing strategy and execution.
- SAP experience required; HFM experience is highly desirable.
