Requirements

- Experience in costing and estimating within manufacturing environments, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Advantzware or another ERP system used in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of costing, estimating, and production processes.
- Experience with ERP system implementation, migration, or administration.
- Ability to manage and analyze information related to:
- Raw materials.
- Labor.
- Machine costs.
- Overhead costs.
- Freight.
- BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Production routings.
- Experience analyzing vigente costs vs. estimated costs and identifying cost variances.
- Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience in process improvement and procedure standardization.
- Ability to analyze profitability by customer, SKU, and project.
- Experience developing reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, including Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Management.
- Experience training users and promoting proper ERP system usage.
- Advanced English
