The Opportunity

We are hiring a Fractional CFO to serve as the strategic finance partner for multiple US-based clients — owning forecasting, fundraising support, and board reporting.

What You Will Own

- Own financial strategy, forecasting, and cash flow management for client companies
- Lead fundraising support, including modeling and investor communications
- Prepare and present board-level reporting and KPIs
- Oversee accounting operations and the Controller function
- Advise founders and CEOs directly on financial decisions




- Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of finance experience, including CFO or senior finance leadership roles
- Experience with fundraising, board reporting, or investor relations
- Strong US GAAP and financial strategy background
- Comfortable managing multiple clients/engagements at once
- Availability for US time zone overlap
