We are looking for a hands on Human Resources Manager to join our team.

This position will lead the HR Generalists team across multiple regions and operations, ensuring the consistent execution of employee relations, personnel administration, employee support, and operational HR processes.

We are looking for someone with a builder mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to turn business needs into action. This role requires a proactive leader who identifies what needs to be done, develops solutions, and drives them from design through execution without waiting for detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, develop, and supervise the HR Generalists team across different regions and operational sites.
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of personnel administration processes, including employee movements, attendance incidents, terminations, documentation, and employee support.
- Partner with operational leaders on employee relations,



workforce management, progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and organizational matters.
- Oversee ethics cases, workplace investigations, internal complaints, and sensitive employee matters, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate guidelines.
- Define, monitor, and analyze HR indicators related to turnover, absenteeism, workforce stability, staffing coverage, employee support, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare executive reports and provide data driven insights to support business decisions and operational follow up.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and organizational structure projects.
- Identify operational needs and proactively design and implement practical HR solutions.
- Ensure the effective use and administration of HR platforms and systems, including ERP, ATS, and workforce management tools.
- Coordinate labor audits and reviews related to documentation, legal compliance, and operational processes.
- Promote initiatives focused on organizational climate, culture, engagement, and employee experience.




- Maintain a strong presence and close partnership with leaders and employees across operational sites.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity.
- Strong experience in employee relations, personnel administration, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience managing ethics cases, sensitive employee matters, and internal complaints.
- Previous experience leading Human Resources teams, preferably HR Generalists.
- Strong experience managing HR indicators, executive reporting, and workforce data analysis.
- Experience using ERP, ATS, and other Human Resources platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Availability to travel between operational sites as needed.
