TEAM: Client Dedicated Team – Games Localization

LOCATION: Any country within the Americas region

ROLE PURPOSE The Implementation Team is responsible for executing the final stages of content delivery, ensuring that localized assets are accurately prepared, validated, and deployed across multiple platforms and regions.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, they coordinate the implementation process to deliver high-quality, market-ready content while maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALITY ASSURANCE — PRIMARY FOCUS

- Perform quality checks on localized and player-facing content across multiple platforms and content types, ensuring assets meet project requirements and established quality standards.
- Validate content, assets, metadata, formatting, and documentation before and after release.
- Identify, document, and track issues through the appropriate workflows and tools.
- Validate corrections and perform follow-up checks to ensure reported issues have been properly resolved.
- Support pre-release and post-release validation activities, identifying potential risks or issues that may impact content quality or release timelines.
- Ensure content meets applicable regional, legal, cultural, and platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Localization, Production, Publishing, and other teams to investigate and resolve content-related issues.

CONTENT AND LOCALIZATION EXECUTION

- Support the execution of localization deliverables, ensuring content is complete, accurate, and ready for release across multiple markets.
- Support localization workflows for different content types,



including in-game content, voice-over, marketing materials, multimedia assets, and other player-facing content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external localization partners to support timely delivery and resolve operational issues.

CONTENT DISTRIBUTION

- Support content implementation and distribution activities across multiple platforms and delivery channels.
- Monitor publishing workflows and verify that assets are correctly configured and successfully delivered.
- Support post-publication checks and corrective actions when required.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with Production, Localization, Publishing, QA, and other teams to support successful releases.
- Report risks, blockers, and operational issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices within the Implementation Team.

- Staff reporting to this post: This role does not include direct people management responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, localization, or digital operations.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with publishing or localization tools and workflows.

- Strong understanding of content publishing, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of regional, legal, and platform-specific publishing requirements.
- Experience validating content releases and identifying compliance or quality risks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Desirable

- Experience in the video game, digital content, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with age rating systems (e.g., ESRB, PEGI) and international publishing standards.
- Experience supporting live operations or post-release content validation.
- Knowledge of localization workflows and cultural adaptation best practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with content management, publishing, or digital asset management platforms.
