Description

Joint administration with the involved departments of the spare parts warehouse, as well as carrying out and managing plant MRO purchases.

Role, Responsibilities, and Scope

- Process new vendor setup.
- Direct interaction with domestic and international suppliers.
- Follow up on purchase orders.
- Responsible for material receipts, purchases, and warranties.
- Responsible for maintaining the spare parts inventory and complying with corporate audits.
- Responsible for maintaining reorder points for plant consumables, spare parts, and chemicals.




- Keep the spare parts warehouse area organized.
- Keep the chemicals warehouse area organized.
- Track MRO expenses.
- Responsible for conducting cycle counts, labeling spare parts, and managing resources.
- Order, maintain, and organize spare parts for annual overhauls.
- Responsible for following up on work orders.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience working in a warehouse, preferably with spare parts or MRO.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, requisitions, and vendor setup.
- Experience working directly with suppliers.
- Experience being responsible for maintaining inventory.
- Experience with cycle counts.
- Basic English.

Competencies

- Organization and planning.
- Experience managing control systems.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from the management team.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with an ERP system, either SAP or Oracle.
