Your missions :
General Overview of the Job:
- Reporting to CFO and part of Finance management team, the business controller:
- Guarantees accurate and comprehensive analytical data in the ERP in compliance with Ceva group policies,
- Guarantees accurate and timely financial reporting and communication within the organization.
- Acts as a Robust business partner for the team, giving sense to the figures, raising alerts, and assessing the right level of risks.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive analytical information in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate master and reference data in the ERP system.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with local and Group standards, providing relevant analysis, comments, and alerts to key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of financial cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing.
- Prepare management control reports covering profitability, from Sales to Operating Profit (ROP), as well as Working Capital Ratio (WCR).
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identify deviations, and proactively raise alerts and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and support monthly Business Reviews.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to the four Business Units and one subsidiary, actively participating in local management meetings.
- Lead the local budgeting process in accordance with Ceva standards and timelines.
- Implement and monitor controls related to commercial policies and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies, corporate guidelines, standards, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, ensuring consistency between the General Ledger and warehouse subledger.
- Ensure accurate control and analysis of rebates.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Good experience in a similar Finance, Controlling, or FP&A; role.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of intercompany margins and consolidation processes.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience with JD Edwards is highly desirable.
- Advanced level of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office in Ciudad de México.
