This is a full-time role for a highly organized and detail-oriented associate to join our international operations team in Monterrey MX.
This role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment and optimizing international logistics operations, managing supplier orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the complete cycle of the order process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics and solutions driven environment , is proactive in problem solving, and can effectively manage multiple tasks across international vendors. Must currently live in Monterrey, Actual León or surrounding area At least 4 – 5 years of experience in international purchasing, order fulfillment, logistics or supply chain operations.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, logistics engineer or related field. Ability to work primarily in-office in Monterrey.

This position does not offer relocation support. Verify and manage purchase orders with global suppliers Logistics Coordination Monitor shipments and resolve logistics issues proactively. Identify alternative logistics routes and cost-saving opportunities Track freight expenses and maintain logistics performance metrics Data entry and logistics documentation Support basic financial tracking under supervision of the Logistics Operations Manager Maintain organized logistics records and reporting Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, not mandatory) Career focus in international purchasing, logistics or global supply chain operations Strong Analytical Skills focusing to optimize logistics.
Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management (a plus) Proficiency in relevant software tools for logistics and supply chain processes Ability to work in a hybrid setup with strong time management, proactiveness and self-discipline Opportunity to perform and design career path within Global Supply Chain in the aluminum industry at Alwood.
