As Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling our Mexico operation. You won’t just manage recruiting — you will architect the strategy, discipline, and performance standards that fuel our continued growth.

You will lead and develop a team of recruiters responsible for high-volume,



high-quality hiring across multiple service lines. This role requires operational rigor, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder partnership with department leaders to ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent aligned with our culture and delivery standards.

This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on organizational growth, workforce quality, and long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do
Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
- Partner with department heads and leadership to understand staffing priorities, timelines, and role requirements.
- Anticipate workforce needs and proactively build pipelines to reduce time-to-fill.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and performance KPIs.
- Establish structured processes, SLAs, and accountability
