Acerca del Puesto

CEVA Logistics México busca un(a) Analista QSHE proactivo(a) y orientado(a) al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo de Contract Logistics. Esta posición garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (QSHE) en las operaciones de almacén.

Responsabilidades Principales

- Revisará el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y estándares corporativos de QSHE.
- Promover una sólida cultura de seguridad mediante capacitaciones, campañas de concientización e iniciativas de participación de los colaboradores.
- Realizar inspecciones periódicas de seguridad,



auditorías en el lugar de trabajo y evaluaciones de riesgos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Investigar incidentes de accidentes laborales, implementando acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- Garantizar que las acciones correctivas y preventivas se implementen y supervisen de manera eficaz.
- Impartir capacitaciones e inducciones de QSHE para empleados y contratistas.
- Colaborar con Operaciones y Recursos Humanos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de salud y seguridad.

Perfil del Candidato

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental, Salud o a fin.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en un puesto de QSHE, EHS, HSE dentro de operaciones logísticas (Contract Logistics), almacenamiento, manufactura o centros de distribución.
- Experiencia en la realización de evaluaciones de riesgos, investigaciones de incidentes, auditorías de seguridad e inspecciones de cumplimiento.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001).
