Identify and pursue new business opportunities across OEM and Tier 1 accounts in Mexico Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, RFQ, quotation, nomination and launch handover Build relationships at purchasing, engineering and executive level Represent the business at industry events and in direct client visits Proven track record winning new automotive business, with quantifiable wins rather than inherited portfolio Technical grounding in plastic injection moulding Professional-level English, working with international stakeholders Competitive base salary plus a commission structure designed to reward new business won.
