Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, directly impacting sales efficiency and business growth. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Salesforce migration, and comprehensive Salesforce administration, enabling seamless implementation and configuration aligned with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- Lead Salesforce migration projects, including data transfer, system upgrades, and integration with other business tools.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud features such as workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user roles to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements and new features.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of the Salesforce platform.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support when necessary.
- Document processes, configurations,



and best practices to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; additional certifications in Sales Cloud or advanced Salesforce specialties are highly desirable.
- 5 + years of proven experience in Salesforce administration, including hands-on work with Sales Cloud and Salesforce migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, implementation, and customization best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Tools and Technologies:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Migration Tools (such as Data Loader, Salesforce DX, or third-party migration utilities)
- Salesforce Administration tools and features (workflows, process builder, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
- Integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier) – preferred
- Data management and ETL tools
- Basic knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus but not mandatory.
