SAP Time Management Support

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Time Management specialist to provide functional support and expertise in employee time management processes.

In this role, you will work with SAP Time Management configuration, time evaluation, absences, attendance, overtime, PTO accruals, and payroll integration, helping ensure that time-related processes work accurately and comply with local labor requirements.

What will you do?

Support and maintain SAP Time Management functionality and configuration.

Work with Time Management schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Time Evaluation, Time Functions, and Operations design.

Configure and support absence and attendance processes.

Configure complex PTO accrual rules according to business requirements.

Configure and support overtime rules and calculations.

Work with Payroll integration to ensure accurate transfer and processing of time-related information.

Analyze and troubleshoot complex Time Management issues,



identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Support time management processes across different countries while considering local labor and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to investigate and resolve system issues.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Time Management.

Strong knowledge of SAP Time Evaluation, including: (Schemas,PCRs,Time Functions,Operations and Time Evaluation configuration)

Strong experience with absence and attendance configuration.

Proven experience configuring complex PTO accrual rules.

Experience configuring and supporting overtime rules.

Experience with SAP Payroll integration.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Knowledge of labor compliance requirements across different countries.

Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1) is mandatory and non-negotiable for this role.
