bim modeler (electrical) – remote

at bimmex, we are looking for a skilled bim modeler (electrical) to join our team and support international projects focused on electrical systems.

this role involves high-quality bim modeling, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration for u.s.-based construction projects.

we are looking for professionals with strong technical knowledge, autonomy, and attention to detail.

responsibilities

- model electrical systems using revit mep.
- create layouts for cable trays, conduits, lighting, and electrical equipment.
- participate in bim coordination and clash detection.
- review models and resolve design conflicts.
- deliver coordinated models that meet project standards and lod requirements.

mandatory requirements

- advanced english (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in bim electrical modeling.




- strong experience with autodesk revit mep.
- experience modeling electrical systems at lod 300+.
- experience with navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
- understanding of bim coordination workflows.

nice to have

- experience with u.s.-based projects.
- knowledge of u.s. construction standards.
- experience with acc / bim 360.
- experience with lod 400 modeling.
