The position centers on employing advanced analytics and AI-based solutions to streamline processes, improve data quality, and promote scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization.## Responsibilities:* Support and optimize channel operations processes (POS, inventory, pricing/quoting, rebates,



and partner performance) through system improvements and automation.* Coordinate and maintain Model N for the Americas region, ensuring system accuracy and operational efficiency.* Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI and AI tools to generate insights, detect anomalies, and support decision-making.* Translate business needs into requirements, driving process improvements and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, IT, and partners.* Perform data validation, reconcile discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and operational outcomes.## Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.* Hands-on experience with Model N, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.* Strong analytical and problem-solving
