Senior Marketing Manager – SEO, Growth & Marketing Operations

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across SEO, content, digital growth, website optimization, and marketing operations.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You’ll drive organic growth, manage marketing systems and campaigns, coordinate across design and development, and use AI and automation to improve marketing speed and scalability.

What You’ll Own

SEO & Organic Growth

- Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, audits, backlink strategies, and keyword planning
- Drive measurable organic traffic and search visibility growth
- Monitor SEO performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Stay current with SEO, AIO, and AI-driven search trends
- Use SEO and analytics tools to guide strategy and execution

Content & Digital Marketing

- Oversee content across Instagram, Facebook, X, blogs, articles, PR, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
- Coordinate with designers and developers on marketing assets
- Support Google Ads and other revenue-focused digital initiatives

Website & Marketing Infrastructure

- Manage website initiatives using ASTRO, WordPress, headless CMS, or similar technologies
- Coordinate landing pages, content updates, and technical improvements
- Partner with developers to improve site performance, SEO, and conversion opportunities

Marketing Operations

- Own marketing workflows, project tracking, reporting,



and campaign execution
- Coordinate priorities across internal teams and external partners
- Support quarterly reports, shareholder updates, and performance analysis
- Improve operational structure and efficiency across the marketing function

AI & Automation

- Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for research, content, SEO, analysis, and workflow automation
- Build AI-assisted processes that reduce repetitive marketing work
- Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve marketing productivity and performance

Brand & Crisis Support

- Support time-sensitive and crisis-response marketing when required
- Maintain clear, professional, and brand-aligned communication during high-priority situations

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing, SEO, or Marketing Operations role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Technical SEO and organic growth
- Experience managing websites using WordPress, ASTRO, or headless CMS platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, backlink strategies, SEO tools, and analytics
- Strong understanding of AI and its practical use in marketing workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing projects
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project-management skills




- Ability to independently own initiatives from strategy through execution

Nice to Have

- HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar tools
- Active involvement in SEO or digital marketing communities
- Luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel industry experience
- Crisis-response marketing experience
- Revenue Operations or advanced marketing analytics exposure
