We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to serve as the primary hands-on technical delivery resource for the implementation and modernization phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, develop, and modernize SharePoint sites
- Implement approved SharePoint architecture and UX standards
- Build and configure modern department sites
- Develop reusable site components and templates
- Execute content-migration activities
- Transform and apply enterprise metadata
- Configure and validate SharePoint permissions
- Implement navigation structures
- Configure and optimize enterprise search
- Support migration-wave planning and execution
- Troubleshoot migration and implementation issues
- Perform technical quality assurance
- Resolve defects identified during testing and UAT
- Participate in two-week Agile sprints
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimation
- Demonstrate completed functionality during sprint reviews
- Collaborate closely with the SharePoint Architect, UX Designer, and Delivery Lead / Business Analyst
- Support performance optimization and final platform validation
- Provide hypercare following implementation
- Produce technical and operational documentation




- Participate in administrator and site-owner knowledge-transfer activities
- Support transition of the platform to WesBanco's internal support organization

Required Qualifications

- 5 years of professional SharePoint development or engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and developing enterprise SharePoint solutions
- Experience building and modernizing SharePoint sites and reusable components
- Experience with SharePoint content migration
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, permissions, navigation, and search
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint implementation issues
- Strong understanding of web technologies used within SharePoint environments
- Experience working within Agile development teams
- Ability to work independently from architecture, designs, requirements, and user stories
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- SPFx development experience
- JavaScript and TypeScript experience
- HTML/CSS experience
- REST API and Microsoft Graph experience
- Power Automate and Power Apps experience
- Experience with enterprise or on-premises SharePoint environments
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online experience
- Financial services or regulated-industry experience
