We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team supporting a client in the real estate sector.

This role requires strong full-stack development experience, with a primary focus on building scalable backend applications using .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC, complemented by modern frontend development using Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

You will design and develop cloud-based applications running on Microsoft Azure, build serverless components with Azure Functions, integrate systems through REST APIs, and work with Azure SQL Server / Microsoft SQL Server for data modeling and persistence.

The idóneo candidate is comfortable working across the entire software development lifecycle, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with engineering and product teams, supporting production environments, and maintaining a strong commitment to code quality, testing, and delivery accountability. Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications using .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable and maintainable backend services and business logic using C# and ASP.NET Core, applying solid software engineering principles and established architectural patterns.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, collaborating with designers to accurately implement UI/UX requirements.
- Design, develop, document,



and consume REST APIs for communication between frontend applications, backend services, internal platforms, and third-party systems.
- Design and maintain relational data models using Azure SQL Server / Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native and serverless solutions using Microsoft Azure and Azure Functions, ensuring scalability, availability, performance, and security.
- Participate in the architecture and development of data-intensive applications, identifying appropriate solutions for data processing, storage, integration, and system performance.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code while following established development standards and engineering best practices.
- Participate actively in Git-based development workflows, pull requests, peer code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that delivered code meets established quality standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to validate application functionality, prevent regressions, and improve overall solution reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product stakeholders, and other teams while actively participating in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
- Support production environments on a rotational basis, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor application behavior, and demonstrate end-to-end accountability for assigned deliverables and production stability.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining modern web applications in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core MVC,



including the development of scalable backend applications and services.
- Strong frontend development experience with Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including experience building modern single-page applications.
- Solid experience designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining REST APIs, including API contracts, error handling, validation, security, and integration patterns.
- Strong practical knowledge of Azure SQL Server / Microsoft SQL Server, including data modeling, relational database design, SQL development, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployment and operation of cloud-based web applications and services.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining serverless architectures using Azure Functions or equivalent serverless technologies.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced Agile environment, collaborate across teams, participate actively in engineering ceremonies, and take ownership of deliverables from development through production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on writing high-quality, maintainable code and building reliable, scalable, data-intensive applications.
