What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role you will perform functions including:

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues or delays.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and customer service teams to meet business requirements
- Support network optimization and logistics improvement projects.
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze On-Time Delivery (OTD) and On-Time Pickup (OTP) metrics
- Maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain
- English proficiency

- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret various instructions given in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work in team environment
- Prioritization of tasks
