We’re seeking a Senior AI Engineer (L4) with strong Python skills and hands-on experience using advanced ML tools in Google Cloud , especially Vertex AI and Vector Search techniques . The adecuado candidate combines deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills—capable of translating complex ML solutions into clear messages for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
- Proficient in Python for ML (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI (AutoML, pipelines, endpoints, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Vector Search and Vector Embeddings (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
- Understanding of the full ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- College Degree

Nice to Have:





- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI applications.
- High proactiveness in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with engineers and data teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders .

Location: Mexico & Colombia (Colombian candidates must follow Mexico’s working hours and calendar)
