Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chihuahua, CHH for a Supervisor of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. The supervisor will oversee implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at construction and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. Daily activities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, and audits; coordinating accident and incident investigations; and promoting preventive measures to reduce workplace hazards.

The role involves training personnel on safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response,



as well as maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The supervisor will collaborate with project managers and site leaders to integrate HSE requirements into planning and operations, supporting a strong safety culture across all divisions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to apply best practices in construction and industrial environments.
- Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including implementation of environmental controls and compliance with relevant standards.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation, with skills to analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and follow up on prevention measures.
- Practical experience in Inspection activities, such as site walkthroughs, equipment checks, and verification of safe work procedures.
- Knowledge of local and national safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations relevant to construction and industrial operations.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, procedures, and training materials, and to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skills in risk assessment, emergency response planning, and incident reporting systems.
- Technical or university degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in construction, heavy industry, or similar sectors is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in dynamic, high-demand environments.
