As a Volume Licensing Support Representative - LATAM (Portuguese Language) at Capgemini , you will serve as a trusted advisor supporting Microsoft licensing and contracting activities across the Latin America region.
You will collaborate with sales teams, resellers, commercial executives, and internal stakeholders to help drive licensing opportunities from negotiation through contract execution while ensuring compliance with Microsoft policies and program requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of licensing programs, sales support processes, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for interpreting licensing scenarios, supporting deal execution, and helping customers and partners navigate complex contracting requirements.
Support and help lead licensing deal negotiations through contract signature and invoicing processes. Provide licensing guidance to resellers and internal stakeholders on complex contract and licensing scenarios. Assist with contract-related activities, including contract termination requests, third-party hosting scenarios, and licensing compliance questions.
Provide coverage for Microsoft Commercial Executives and team members during absences by supporting ongoing opportunities and licensing discussions. Review and validate customer inquiries to ensure solutions align with Microsoft policies, sales guidance, licensing programs, and compliance requirements.
Support Commercial
Executives (CEs) and Operations Managers (OMs) throughout the deal lifecycle.
Act as an informal approval authority and escalation point for licensing and contract-related scenarios. Prepare and submit requests for empowerment approvals, including Business Desk (BD) approvals and supporting business cases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Microsoft sales and licensing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve licensing issues and support successful deal closures. Identify and escalate risks that may impact contract execution, compliance, or customer satisfaction.

Collaborative team player – Thrives in cross-functional and general team environments. 2-5 years of experience supporting corporate operations, sales support, commercial operations, licensing, or related functions. ~ Experience working with Microsoft Licensing programs or similar licensing environments. ~ Understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and partner ecosystems. ~ Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English , both written and verbal. ~ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and productivity tools. ~ Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration with team members. Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, including: Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) Understanding of Microsoft Product Terms, licensing policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Experience supporting contract negotiations and deal structuring.
Familiarity with Microsoft sales tools such as MSX and Cosmic . Knowledge of Microsoft commercial sales motions and cloud products, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Experience supporting post-sales issue resolution and contract amendments. Training & Development Microsoft Pitch-Perfect and MCP training modules. Licensing program training and contract positioning. Microsoft sales tools and systems training. Microsoft policy, compliance, and operational process training. Microsoft 365 product and solution learning paths.
