Are you a seasoned Technical Program Manager passionate about leading large-scale cloud-native platforms and driving Agile delivery excellence? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and help deliver impactful technical programs.

? What we're looking for:

✅ 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM)

✅ Proven ability to operate with independence and autonomy

✅ Solid technical foundation, including knowledge of:

- Java
- APIs
- Batch Processing
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

✅ Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including:

- Daily Stand-Ups
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Retrospectives
- Sprint Demos

✅ Experience defining and delivering cloud-native software products and platforms at scale ✅ Deep understanding of platform capabilities, architecture, and underlying technologies

✅ Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban





✅ Strong ability to drive data-driven decision making and implement continuous improvement practices across teams

✅ Ability to discuss and challenge delivery strategies with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and designers

✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present effectively to executives, leadership teams, and technical audiences

✅ Demonstrated success building relationships, partnering with cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders across the organization

✅ Advanced verbal, written, and listening communication skills
