The role:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Organizational Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team.



This role is key in driving a strong company culture, fostering internal communication, and leading the development and implementation of effective training and development plans across the organization.
What you will do:
- Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategies that align with business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
- Design and share internal communication.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve company trainings and development programs that address current and future needs according to business needs.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify development opportunities and support talent growth.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of OD and training initiatives through metrics and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
