We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Yardi Accounting Manager with deep expertise in Real Estate Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will lead accounting operations, oversee client financial reporting, and manage a team of accountants in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for a portfolio of real estate clients.
- Review complex financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages prepared by senior accountants.
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and specialized real estate accounting standards (including ASC 842 / Lease Accounting).
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for REITs, Private Equity funds, and Lenders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client leadership, providing strategic financial insights and process improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise accounting team members.





Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s is a plus).
- Experience: 2+ years of accounting management or supervisory experience in Real Estate / Managed Accounting Services.
- Software: Proven hands-on experience with Yardi (Voyager/Breeze) is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in Property Management accounting, Construction accounting, Lease Accounting (ASC 842), and U.S. GAAP.
- Reporting: Experience in REIT, Private Equity, and Lender reporting.
- Languages: Fluent / Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with U.S. clients and leadership.
