Specific Responsibilities and Functions
- Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.
- Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
- Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (chemical industry preferred).




- Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).
