Language: Native Spanish and English (C1 preferred)

Scope: Americas region, covering Mexico, Chile, the United States, and Canada, with initial focus on Mexico and Chile.

Main purpose of the position

ISS Group is looking for a driven supply chain risk and compliance professional with an operations mindset. You will be a fundamental part of a integral transformation initiative, focusing on supplier due diligence and onboarding. In this role, you will execute the evaluation process according to established business rules,



with the opportunity to progressively take full ownership of prequalification compliance and structural improvements for the Americas region as you grow within the team.

What you’ll do:

Execute the supplier due-diligence process within defined timelines, validating provided information against ISS criteria.
Maintain direct contact with suppliers to troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure successful onboarding.
Analyze the supply chain risk profile and develop deep expertise in responsible sourcing requirements to support the wider team.
Collaborate with the Group Center of Excellence to define validation rules for supplier attestations and test system solutions.
Support and gradually lead country progress meetings to ensure high level of prequalification compliance is achieved.
