Location: La Veleta, Tulum, Mexico
Type: Part-time, Onsite
Start Date: October/November 2025
Base Salary: ~$40-$70 per hour lesson (varies by experience)
Commission: Earn commission on retail product sales (gloves, apparel, balls, etc…) and tips from students
Schedule: ~2-8 hours per week (adaptable schedule, weekends and evenings expected)
Performance Reviews: Every 6 months with opportunity for compensation increases and expanded responsibilities

About The Role

Golf Tulum is a high-performance golf simulator studio and lifestyle lounge located in La Veleta, Tulum. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled golf coach to join our team and provide high-quality golf lessons. You’ll be working with the best-in-class technology (Uneekor EYE XO2) to help golfers of all levels improve their game.

This is a pay-as-you-coach opportunity: you’ll earn a percentage of every lesson you give. We’ll handle the bookings, scheduling, facility management, and marketing — so you can focus on what you do best: coaching.

Responsibilities

Lead private and small-group golf lessons using our indoor simulator bays.
Teach swing mechanics, course strategy, and data-driven techniques using simulator metrics.
Tailor coaching to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players.
Collaborate with the Golf Tulum team to provide an elevated customer experience.

Ideal Candidate

An accomplished golfer with a strong personal game and deep understanding of swing mechanics.
Experienced as a golf instructor with a proven track record of results and customer satisfaction.
Accredited by a respected golf institution, such as the PGA, LPGA, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), USGTF, or international equivalents.
Comfortable teaching with data-driven tools, such as Uneekor or Trackman golf simulators.
A natural communicator, able to build trust and motivate students of all skill levels — from first-time golfers to low-handicappers to party go
