Job Description

Bowery Valuation is looking for an experienced Certified General Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in North Carolina.

This is a strong opportunity for an appraiser who wants to focus on high-quality valuation work, develop client relationships, and be part of a company that is actively building for the future of the industry. We complete a broad range of commercial assignments, with meaningful exposure to lender and institutional work across property types including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and other special-purpose assets.

Requirements

Active North Carolina Certified General appraiser license.
Minimum 4 to 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience.
Demonstrated experience with commercial property types such as multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use assets.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with lender-oriented or institutional appraisal work is strongly preferred.
Comfort working in a tech-forward environment and adapting to modern workflows
