Role

The Regional Account Executive is a front-line revenue driver responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landers’ commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management. This role owns the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The adecuado candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.

This role manages a regional territory, maintaining key accounts while developing new relationships. Primary targets include commercial opportunities for restoration, emergency response, and construction work.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach,



and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.
Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy, representing ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility.
Manage all activities within the CRM (Luxor), delivering weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, and tracking performance against established targets.
Prepare proposals and confidently deliver in-person professional product demonstrations.
