We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Field Sales to lead our Mexico sales operations within the Business Development division. This senior leadership role is critical in driving strategic growth and expanding our presence in the international logistics market.
About the Role:The Head of Field Sales will be responsible for managing and developing our field sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals. This position requires a professional with over 10 years of solid experience in international logistics and sales, complemented by at least 5 years in team leadership roles. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, able to motivate and guide a diverse sales force while driving exceptional performance across the Mexico market.
