The Opportunity
As a Transportation Scheduling & Planning Sr. Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of shipment planning, transportation scheduling, and carrier management processes to ensure efficient, reliable,



and cost-effective product movement across the supply chain network.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by optimizing transportation capacity, aligning planning activities with business priorities, and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You will also lead and develop a team of transportation planning leaders while influencing strategic initiatives that support service, efficiency, and continuous improvement objectives.
Responsibilities
Your Impact
Lead transportation scheduling and shipment planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient utilization of transportation and warehouse resources.
Oversee carrier assignment and tendering processes, ensuring compliance with transportation policies, contracts, route guides, and capacity availability.
Drive execution and continuous improvement of transportation planning models, processes, and operational standards.
