Position Overview

The Frontend Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for one of Mindgruve's strategic digital product initiatives.



This position focuses on building scalable, responsive, and visually polished web experiences that directly impact end-user engagement and business outcomes.

Working within a collaborative Product Engineering team, the Frontend Developer will transform product requirements and Figma designs into production-ready applications while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance across multiple branded experiences. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern frontend architecture, collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams, and continuously expand technical expertise within a fast-paced environment.

Designed for an early-to-mid level engineer, this position provides structured mentorship, code reviews, and progressive ownership of increasingly complex features and product areas.
