Mission of the Role: The MRO Buyer is responsible for the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) goods and indirect services across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives. This role supports operational continuity by managing supplier relationships, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring procurement activities are executed with discipline and in line with regional strategies.

Key Objectives of this Role:





Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of MRO materials and indirect services across all Americas locations.
Manage supplier selection, performance, and development, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Drive productivity and cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
Support local and regional stakeholders by proactively identifying and mitigating supply risks.
Maintain alignment between local procurement execution and regional indirect procurement strategies.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide visibility into procurement performance through reporting and data analysis.
