What You'll Do

Maintain the regulatory master database and technical files for products, especially in Pharma and CPG. Supervise storage conditions, product segregation, temperature control, and HAZMAT management. Act as a contact point for regulatory authorities and coordinate internal/external audits. Implement and oversee pest control programs, cleaning master plans, and recall policies. Analyze regulatory performance indicators, identify risks, and propose corrective/preventive action plans.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in health or biological areas (must have professional license). 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality, or operational compliance in regulated industries (Pharmaceutical, Health, Food, or Veterinary).



Knowledge of current health regulations and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (BPAD). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and desirable experience with ERP/WMS systems.
