We are looking to hire a Retail Sales Lead for our Aftermarket Division in México, this position can be located at Guadalajara or CDMX offices.

What you can look forward to as Retail Sales Lead?

Lead national sales for B Divisions and drive new business development within the retail channel in Mexico, ensuring achievement of commercial and growth objectives.
Develop, execute,



and deliver the annual sales budget while ensuring alignment with ZFS’s Annual Business Plan.
Design and implement commercial and demand-generation (pull) strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Technical Support, and other key functions.
Lead strategic commercial negotiations and establish business plans with key customers and distributors to drive profitable growth.
Oversee the performance of the distributor network, ensuring effective execution of commercial agreements and business commitments.
Ensure proper documentation, safeguarding, and follow-up of commercial agreements and action plans with key distributors.
Monitor market price competitiveness through the consolidation and analysis of wholesale and retail pricing benchmarks.

Your profile as Retail Sales Lead:

5-8 years experience in Sales area, retail is a must
Bachelor degree, master is prefered
Management skills
Strong Leadership skills
Self-management
Business English (all interviews in english)
