Role Description The Inventory Control & ERP Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijuana, BCN. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, performing regular stock reconciliations, and ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system. The analyst will maintain and update item master data, track material movements, and generate reports to support purchasing, production, and sales decisions. Daily activities include reviewing key performance indicators, identifying variances or process issues, and collaborating with operations, finance,



and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions. The role also supports system improvements, user training, and documentation of procedures to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
Planning skills to manage stock levels, support production schedules, and coordinate with distribution routes.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with operations, warehouse, finance, and management teams.
Experience working with key performance indicators and basic finance concepts related to inventory and cost control.
Previous experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools.
