About The Role

Contribute to the analysis, design, and review of mining infrastructure, including tailings storage facilities (TSFs), waste rock dumps (WRDs), heap leach pads, and associated systems across all project phases.
Collaborate with senior, intermediate, and junior team members within the Mine Waste Solutions practice.
Provide technical input and support in the review of geotechnical and tailings deliverables from conceptual studies through detailed design and construction stages.
Support Engineer of Record (EoR) responsibilities on mining projects, contributing to design oversight, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery of project outputs.
Offer technical guidance and share knowledge with team members to support project execution and professional development.
Conduct technical reviews of engineering reports, analyses, and designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Contribute to multidisciplinary proposals, supporting technical content and client-focused solutions.




Participate in the design, analysis, and construction support of dam and tailings infrastructure projects.
Engage with clients to support project delivery from early-stage studies through operations and closure.
Support the development of technical staff through mentoring and knowledge sharing, particularly in geotechnical and tailings design methodologies.
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, technical discussions, and industry events to promote continuous improvement.
Travel to project sites and, when required, to regional or international offices to support project execution and client interaction.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field is considered an asset.
Solid experience in the analysis and design of mining facilities, including waste rock
