At Coforge, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Senior Manager Controller to lead the Finance function for our Mexico operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and business partnership while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives, including ERP migration and process improvements.
The adecuado candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Main Responsibilities




Lead all Finance and Accounting activities for the Mexico entity.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, reporting, and statutory compliance.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance practices.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial performance, profitability, revenue trends, and cost drivers.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local tax, legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Act as the primary finance contact for internal and external audits.
Coordinate audit deliverables and remediation activities.
