Overview

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Lead Application Support Data Engineer (Informatica PowerCenter & Power BI) to provide advanced production support, operational ownership, and incident management across enterprise data and integration platforms.
This role is primarily focused on supporting and maintaining critical ETL, data integration,



and reporting environments, with Informatica serving as the core technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, platform support, change management, deployment validation, and operational excellence across business-critical systems. Exposure to Power BI, MuleSoft, and Automation Anywhere is highly valued, but the ability to quickly learn and support additional platforms is equally important.
The adecuado candidate combines strong troubleshooting capabilities, enterprise support experience, and deep Informatica expertise, with a willingness to ramp up on adjacent technologies within the platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities
