What You’ll Do

Responsible for mentoring and leading the execution of the office’s local engineering group. This position will support the Operations/Engineering Manager while serving as a change agent to help improve overall communication, project execution, and efficiency within Engineering.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Support the local office Engineering Management as an SME and escalation resource in coordination with local Operations Management.
Provide leadership and guidance to local engineering team.
Share, teach and reinforce the use of AVI-SPL standard practice across the team.
Coaches and motivates team members to successfully perform job requirements and to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
Regularly communicate by using but not limited to, daily huddles with the engineering team to ensure consistency and to ensure timely and accurate completion of engineering tasks
