The HiL Delivery Supervisorwill provide operational leadership and governance for Verification and Validation Hardware-in-the-Loop delivery activities. This position will coordinate Engineering Services Suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are clearly defined, properly resourced, financially supported, and consistently monitored. The role will oversee Capex and Non-Capex budget tracking, hiring and staffing visibility, team target management, supplier performance monitoring, and the implementation of formal KPI frameworks. In addition, the position will be responsible for consolidating data and presenting clear, actionable reporting through dashboards, scorecards, or equivalent mechanisms to support business reviews and leadership decision-making.

As an Individual Contributor you will...
- Coordinate Engineering Services Suppliers supporting V&V; HiL activities, including scope alignment, delivery expectations, staffing plans, communication cadence, and escalation processes.

- Manage visibility to Capex and Non-Capex budget status, including planning assumptions, approval progress, vigente spending, forecast updates, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Monitor internal and supplier resource requirements, hiring status, onboarding progress, staffing gaps, and capacity risks to support timely delivery execution.
- Establish, document, and periodically review team objectives and delivery targets for internal and external resources.
- Define and maintain KPI frameworks for internal resources and Engineering Services Suppliers, ensuring consistent definitions, data sources, reporting cadence, and performance thresholds.
